How to submit team uniforms

This guide explains how to submit your team uniforms for approval in VIS Web Manager.

Access the Uniform Submission section

Start by logging into VIS Web Manager and opening your National Federation page. From the federation page, open the Uniform Submissions tab.

Create a new request

In the Uniform Submissions tab, click on the New request button. This will open the uniform submission form.

Fill in the request information

Enter the team name and the contact details of the person responsible for the submission. You can also add remarks if needed.

The contact person name and email are mandatory.

Upload the uniform PDFs

Upload the PDF layouts linked to the uniform submission. At least one PDF layout document is required before the request can be saved.

Make sure the uploaded PDF files clearly show the uniform design and all required details for review.

Select the FIVB tournaments

Select the FIVB tournaments for which the uniform will be used. Only select the events that apply to this uniform request.

Add sponsor information

If the uniform includes advertising material, fill in the relevant sponsor sections. Only complete the sponsor slots that apply to the request.

For each sponsor entered, it's required to provide the sponsor name and category.

Add manufacturer information

Fill in the manufacturer information for the uniform items that apply to the request, such as players’ match uniform, tracksuit, training uniform, socks, knee pads, or sports bags.

If you enter a manufacturer, make sure to include both the manufacturer name and contract duration.

Add special requests if needed

Use the special requests section to add comments or request approval for additional uniform items that are not listed in the standard sections.

Complete the advertising disclosure

Select the advertising disclosure option that applies to your submission. This section is mandatory and must be completed before saving.

Choose whether no advertising material will be displayed, or whether the federation applies for approval to display advertising material.

Save the draft

Once the required information is completed, click Save draft. The request will be saved and can still be edited before submission.

Submit the request

After saving the draft, open the request again if needed and click Save & submit to send it for approval.

Once submitted, the request status will change to Submitted and the submission will be pending review.

Follow the request status

Return to the Uniform Submissions tab to follow the status of your request. The request can be Draft, Submitted, Approved, Changes Requested, or Rejected.

If changes are requested, open the request, review the feedback, update the required information or PDFs, and submit it again.

Download the certificate

When the request is approved, open the submission and download the approval certificate.

Approval Certificate will appear under team's profile for the selected and approved events.
