# Names Pronunciation Records Submission

Each participating team must submit the name pronunciation records for all Team Delegation members:

* [ ] Records should include t-shirt numbers (for players) and full name pronunciations of all members listed on the Long List (O-2 Form).
* [ ] Submissions can be made as a single file or separate files for each person. If submitting separate files, use the following naming format:\

  **For Team Officials:** `Title_First Name_Last Name_Function_Country Code`\
  *(e.g., Team Official\_Gilberto\_Filho\_Team Manager\_BRA)*\

  **For Players:** `Title_T-Shirt Number_First Name_Last Name_Country Code`\
  *(e.g., Player\_10\_Vladimir\_Grbic\_SRB)*
* [ ] Ensure the recordings are high-quality with clear pronunciation.
* [ ] Send the recordings via email to **<volleyball.teams@fivb.com>**, unless an alternative procedure is specified in the event's Competition Regulations.
